Reinventing the Ribera del Duero

…the vineyard, in limited conditions, almost to the point of losing its place to other crops, concentrates the distinction and purity of its sap in the roots”.

Couanon and Convert Viticulture Report for the Universal Exhibition of Paris in 1900

A UNIQUE LANDSCAPE

New heights to make wines available to a select few. Local wines that reflect a genuine homeland. The expression of an environment that stands out for its soils, climate and exceptional diversity.

UNIQUE VINEYARDS

Only the best fruit gives the best wines. After more than 10 years working with the raw material of Fuentenebro, we knew that the best way to put it into value was to develop a project like 1076.

RAW MATERIAL

Viticulture at an altitude above 1000 meters. An old vineyard and new plantations designed for the long haul. A grape of exceptional quality destined to create wines of an exciting, unique and memorable expression.

KNOWLEDGE

Only with a thorough knowledge of each plot; Its soils, varietals, biotypes and natural wealth, can we reflect and bottle the maximum expression of this landscape.

WINEMAKING

A philosophy based on enhancing the maximum expression of the vineyard through preparations of the land, microvinifications, spontaneous fermentations and yeasts typical of the vineyard with the aim of reflecting a unique landscape in each bottle.

1.076 METERS

At 1076 meters of altitude, nature gives us a real challenge. We develop viticulture to the limit, where risk is a constant, but only in these conditions can we obtain an exceptional raw material.

ALTITUDE AND SOIL

The characteristic soils of Fuentenebro, whose recent past is linked to mining, rise above a thousand meters of altitude and offer a unique raw material in the Ribera del Duero.

THE WINES

LOCAL WINES

Wines that seek to respect and express the land in a natural and sustainable way.
